For a modern Spitex organization in the Basel region, we are looking for a dedicated Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ. You accompany people in their homes and support them in maintaining their independence and quality of life for as long as possible.

A varied activity with high individual responsibility, flexible deployment options, and a supportive team awaits you. Particularly attractive: deployments can be made exclusively in the morning or exclusively in the evening depending on preference. No night shifts occur.

Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ or equivalent training
• Joy in independent activity in the outpatient environment
• Ability to professionally assess nursing situations
• Appreciative and empathetic communication
• Responsible and reliable way of working
• Team player personality with high social competence
• Readiness for deployments by bicycle

Tasks ##

• Nursing and care of clients in the domestic environment
• Implementation of basic and treatment care according to the care plan
• Observation and passing on relevant changes in health status
• Support and accompaniment of relatives
• Cooperation with case-responsible nursing specialists
• Participation in ensuring and further developing the quality of care
• Upon request, accompaniment and support of trainees in everyday nursing
• Deployments flexibly planable, exclusively in the morning or evening possible
• No night shifts
