Your tasks

• Activity as Dipl. Expertin / Dipl. Experte Notfallpflege NDS HF
• Co-responsibility for the leadership and organization of the nursing team
• Promotion and support of the professional and personal development of the employees
• Ensuring a structured induction and supervision of new employees
• Co-shaping framework conditions for a high level of nursing and treatment quality
• Modeling and promoting constructive interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation
• Active co-shaping of change and development processes
• Supporting the management team in organizational development in the new building "Dreiklang"

Your profile

• Completed postgraduate studies as Dipl. Expertin / Dipl. Experte Notfallpflege NDS HF
• At least 3 years of professional experience in an emergency department in a Swiss acute care hospital
• Ideally initial leadership experience
• Completed management or leadership training or willingness to complete such
• High social and self-competence, as well as organizational talent
• Transparent and appreciative communication and leadership culture
• Joy in the active co-shaping of changes and developments
• Motivation to actively help shape the construction and further development in the Dreiklang
