For our familial and personal house in Wattwil, we are looking for a team leader including deputy management of nursing and care - Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/DNII 80-100% immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks - Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team for 36 nursing guests and 13 apartments with Spitex services - Co-responsibility in the recruitment of new employees - Planning and leadership of team meetings as well as participation in interdisciplinary reports - Responsible for the organization of ward processes, implementation of work processes - Leadership and control of nursing reports, professional nursing discussions, and semester reporting - Co-responsibility for the implementation of internal concepts - Active participation in the further development of the nursing offers in the facility - Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process - Taking over tasks as daily responsibility and contact person for nursing - Taking over tasks as a subject matter expert in a specialized topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality. Your profile - Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK - Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage - Joy in achieving common goals in a small house with close interdisciplinary cooperation - A warm and humorous basic attitude - Joy in versatile challenges - Good German language skills in speaking and writing.
