Our client is the Swiss subsidiary of a family-run pharmaceutical company that specializes in the development, production, and distribution of high-quality products in the areas of CNS and nephrology. As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for a motivated and committed personality for the location in the Greater Basel area, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Communication of medical-scientific information and data to various professional circles in the healthcare sector
• Competent processing of medical customer inquiries regarding the products
• Conception and implementation of scientific presentations as well as education and training for internal and external target groups
• Participation in the development and implementation of marketing strategies as well as in the creation of target-group-oriented communication materials
• Creation of understandable and target-group-appropriate medical documents
• Ensuring the regulatory compliance of all communication materials, taking into account AWV and HMG

Your profile:

• University degree in medicine, pharmacy, or natural sciences
• Initial professional experience as a Medical Advisor, MSL, or product specialist
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (including remote)
• Ability to build and maintain relationships at a senior level
• Team spirit, high self-motivation, and a strong hands-on mentality
• Willingness and ability for critical data analysis & literature research
• High digital affinity as well as an exact and structured way of working
• Stylistically proficient in German and English, good knowledge of French is an advantage
• Need-oriented willingness to travel
