Together with our client, an established institution in the long-term care sector in the Bern region, we are looking for a Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ 60-100 % starting immediately or by arrangement. Look forward to a versatile activity with attractive development opportunities and the chance to take on additional responsibility in an expanded function (specialist responsibility, vocational training, leadership function).

Your tasks at the new employer:

• Take over the individual care and support of the residents and help shape a need-oriented care everyday life
• Contribute as a reference person as well as in daily responsibility and support high-quality care
• Develop yourself further in an additional function, for example in vocational training, as a deputy team or residential group leader or in a nursing specialist field

You offer your new employer:

• Completed training as Fachfrau / Fachmann Betreuung EFZ
• You want to develop professionally and personally, enjoy taking on responsibility and contribute with commitment to the team
• Confident handling of electronic nursing documentation as well as good German skills in speaking and writing
