The Institut Menzingen employs around 140 employees and conducts the operational business of the Sisters of the Holy Cross on their behalf. This includes the St. Franziskus nursing home with 87 nursing beds and a holistic health offering, the care of the sisters' residential communities in Switzerland, and the maintenance of the monastery courtyard with the church wing, a newly emerging bistro, as well as residential and commercial space. The Sisterhood of the Holy Cross was founded in 1844 in Menzingen and is represented today on several continents of the world. The Swiss province currently includes around 130 sisters; most live in Menzingen.

To complement our nursing team, we are looking for an engaged personality as

Nursing Assistant 60-100%

per immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Supporting specialist staff in nursing and care
• Conscientious execution of the specified nursing tasks
• Taking over household tasks within the framework of daily nursing life
• Working with electronic nursing documentation

Your profile:

• Joy and interest in working with elderly people
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Completed course as a nursing assistant SRK and several years of professional experience in long-term care are an advantage
• Strong social competence and ability to work in a team
• Engaged, flexible and helpful personality
