The 11 residential groups with individual focuses are located in Bülach and Kloten.

Your area of responsibility ##

Your workplace
In our closed residential group "Zugang zum Park", upbeat and cheerful people, some at risk of running away, with a wide variety of disabilities live. Our interdisciplinary team cares for two residential wings with different focuses. Due to this division and the individually very diverse needs of the residents, everyday life is varied and inspiring.

Your tasks

• competent nursing and agogic care of our residents in their everyday life
• building and maintaining a trusting and sustainable relationship with the residents
• individual promotion of personal competencies
• designing and implementing individual daily structures and leisure time
• accompanying appointments and excursions
• reference person work / conversations with relatives
• administrative client work on the PC (easyDOK)
• participation in team meetings, case discussions

Your additional tasks as Deputy Team Leader

• representation of the team leader in their absence (coordination and contact person, leading team meetings and participating in team leader meetings)
• taking over agreed tasks to support the team leader
• exchange and coordination with the team leader

What you bring with you ##

You mandatory possess

• a completed education in the nursing and/or agogic field (FABE, FAGE, dipl. Sozpäd, dipl. Pflege or equivalent training)
• experience in assisted living

and-

• You are confident in nursing and act independently and professionally
• For you, self-determination and mutual respect are guiding values
• You succeed in meeting even severely impaired people with challenging behaviors with much appreciation and respect
• Building a trusting relationship with the residents gives you the sense of purpose for your work that you seek
• You are inspired daily by changing challenges
• You look forward to contributing your expertise and proven teamwork skills to the consolidation of a competent and upright team
• You are capable of handling conflict and seek and find long-term and meaningful solutions with your fellow human beings
• Shift work and weekend services are a matter of course for you (no night shifts)
• You want to contribute and further develop your expertise and experience in a deputy team leader function
• You have a good sense for the overall situation and the processes within the residential group and you enjoy coordinating and taking on a supporting role within the team
