Preschool Health Nurse (40%)

Through prevention and health promotion work, the Service de santé et prévention de la Ville de Lausanne aims to promote the harmonious development of schoolchildren, contribute to their well-being and encourage inclusion. In order to guarantee a coherent, preventive and up-to-date approach to health issues within the preschool domain of the Réseau-L, we are looking for an experienced nurse.

Main mission(s)

Provide competence and health expertise to educational teams

Organize the monitoring of staff training, notably by identifying needs related to regulatory obligations

Be in charge of the inventory and supply of pharmacies and first aid equipment in each institution

Manage and update health, safety and hygiene documentation

Be the support coordinator during epidemics in collaboration with the head of service and the responsible nurse

Profile

HES Bachelor in nursing or a title deemed equivalent with Swiss Red Cross recognition

Experience in community health prevention and promotion

5 years of experience as a nurse in the childhood sector

Experience in management, coordination projects, interdisciplinary work and administrative management

Knowledge of a foreign language, an asset

Special conditions

Clean criminal records (ordinary and special)

Vacations are to be taken during school holiday periods
