YOUR TASKS ##

• As the first point of contact for our patients, you play a significant role in ensuring smooth daily practice operations
• With organizational talent and empathy, you respond individually to the needs of our patients - from appointment scheduling to personal care before, during, and after examinations
• You actively support our sports doctors during consultations as well as during diagnostic tests
• You are an important contact person for our physiotherapists and support them in their daily routine
• The independent performance of various examinations - such as ECG or pulmonary function tests - rounds off your varied everyday life
• Additionally, you take on important administrative and digital tasks, such as the maintenance of patient data, the organization of processes in the practice management system, and ensuring efficient digital documentation

YOUR PROFILE ##

• You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant / Medical Practice Assistant (MPA)
• A strong understanding of service and high resilience characterize you
• Your way of working is efficient, structured, and characterized by organizational talent and quick comprehension
• You enjoy direct and telephone contact with patients
• You work very efficiently in the administrative area and have a confident handling of digital systems and practice software
