As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or Sozialpädagogin / Sozialpädagoge HF/FH, you want to professionally accompany people with mental illnesses and strengthen them in their personal development. For an established socio-psychiatric institution in the Luzern region, we are looking for an engaged personality at a workload of 80 to 100 % immediately or by arrangement. Together with an interdisciplinary team, you create a stable living environment and support the people under care in promoting their individual resources and developing new perspectives.

What awaits you in this challenging task

• Accompanying and caring for people with mental illnesses according to the principle of Recovery
• Taking over key person work as well as collaborating with relatives and external specialist agencies
• Independent work as well as teamwork in an interdisciplinary environment
• Instruction and support of the residents with household tasks
• Taking over responsibility for a department as well as administrative tasks

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Pflegefachfrau or Pflegefachmann HF/FH or in Sozialpädagogik HF/FH
• Experience in working with people with mental illnesses
• Willingness for irregular work, night on-call duty, and weekend shifts
• Good knowledge of household management as well as cooking skills
• Good IT user skills
