Tasks
You ensure the care and support of the residents within the framework of primary nursing
You are happy to take responsibility for individual, goal-oriented and dignified care
Thanks to your powers of observation, you recognize changes in the behavior or condition of the residents and communicate these clearly and appropriately to the situation

Requirement profile
You have completed training as a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ or an equivalently recognized qualification
You bring experience in acute or long-term care
In-depth knowledge in ventilated care or dementia completes your profile
You are familiar with RAI-NH
With your empathetic, innovative and solution-oriented nature, you enrich the team
