With our more than 500 employees, the Centre médico-social régional de Sierre (Association intercommunale) has the mission of offering different services to the entire population of the 11 member municipalities. Our main services cover various fields, notably home care and assistance, social action, employment, prevention, and childcare.

For our Home Care and Assistance service, we are looking for a

Health Care Assistant at 80%

Your profile

• You hold the CRS health care assistant certificate or training deemed equivalent
• You work both in a team and independently
• You demonstrate autonomy and flexibility
• You appreciate human contact and are customer-oriented
• You have a private vehicle

Your mission

• You contribute, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, to the quality of client care
• You actively participate in the well-being and safety of clients, while respecting their lifestyle habits
• You support and accompany clients in their daily tasks
• You provide basic hygiene care and ensure the comfort of clients
• You live the values of our institution and contribute to continuous improvement
