Your main missions will be the following: ##

• *
• Establish the link with callers and clearly identify their needs;
• *
• Perform a complete anamnesis and then offer adequate advice with detailed recommendations;
• *
• If necessary, direct callers to the adequate care resource (doctor, pharmacy, dentist, mobile nursing team, emergencies, etc...);
• *
• Perform precise documentation to allow for optimal follow-up;
• *
• Commit to working in a multidisciplinary team and training regularly.
• *

Your assets: ##

• *
• Registered nurse with 3 years of professional practice in emergency care, in general medicine and/or in pediatrics in a hospital setting;
• *
• Great ease with IT tools;
• *
• Excellent knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system;
• *
• Mastery of several languages.
• *
