Your tasks

• You care for ill infants and premature babies in a three-shift system.
• You appreciate the challenge of dealing with complex and rapidly changing situations and master them with professional skill.
• The integration of parents is a major concern for us. Therefore, the counseling and support of relatives is at the center of our activity.
• You are co-responsible for maintaining and optimizing the quality of care and for the training of students from Higher Vocational Schools/Universities of Applied Sciences and FaGe apprentices.
• Taking over shift leadership according to internal standards.

Your profile

• You have the diploma as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/mann and preferably experience in pediatrics or neonatology.
• For this position, we are looking for a dynamic team player as an addition to our multiprofessional team.
• You are a committed, open-minded personality and perceive changing situations and interdisciplinary cooperation as an interesting challenge.
