• Sound knowledge of anesthesia procedures, medical technology, and current nursing science standards
• High professional and social competence as well as a strong sense of responsibility and empathy when dealing with patients
• Resilience and stress resistance, even in demanding and time-critical situations
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation and technical affinity for modern anesthesia devices
• Willingness for continuous professional further training to integrate the latest developments in anesthesia nursing
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
