In our familial setting, relationship work is always at the center. Support us in the committed and appreciative care of the five residents (27- 70 years) with mental and cognitive impairment.

Specialist in Care (FaBe) / Health (FaGe) EFZ (50 % - 70 %) ##

Work location: Wohngruppe Chrosle, Moosseedorf (5 minutes walking from the station)
Start date: as of 1 December 2026

These are your tasks

• You design everyday life together with the residents - from low-threshold leisure activities to household tasks such as shopping or cooking.
• You accompany the residents in the group and in the 1:1 setting and support them with basic care.
• You strengthen their participation, open up new learning fields for them and promote individual resources

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Specialist in Care (FaBe) or Specialist in Health (FaGe) EFZ.
• Experience in accompanying people with impairments and enjoyment of responsible key person work.
• Readiness for on-call and weekend services (with compensation during the week).
• Team spirit, high social competence and interest in professional and personal development.
