In this function, you make an important contribution to the high-quality care of our residents and work in a clearly structured nursing operation with fixed working hours.

Your tasks
Support of the residents in basic care and in everyday life
Participation in mobilization, positioning and activation
Observation of the health status and passing on relevant information
Cooperation with healthcare professionals and nursing specialists
Compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards
Participation in an appreciative care culture
What you bring with you
Completed Nursing Assistant SRK training (mandatory)
Experience in long-term care or Spitex is an advantage
Responsible, reliable way of working
Empathy and respect in dealing with older people
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
