We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 92’000 to CHF 102’000 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with deviating competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may lie slightly below or above the range.

This is what you can achieve.

• You advise employees and managers in the areas of ergonomics, health, and prevention.
• In this function, you are responsible for conducting workplace analyses and deriving improvement measures.
• You plan and conduct training sessions as well as awareness-raising measures.
• Supporting employees and managers during reintegration and measures for health promotion lies with you.
• You carry out individual physiotherapeutic consultations if required.
• In addition, you use your creative freedom and take personal responsibility for your tasks.
• You are deployed in the Paketzentrum Härkingen and in the Brief-/Paketzentrum Härkingen with a workload of 20% each, as well as in the Regionalen Paketzentrum Buchs AG with 10%.

This is what you bring with you.

• You have a degree as a Physiotherapeut:in FH or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in ergonomics, health management, or occupational medicine are among your strengths.
• You work independently, solution-oriented, and proactively.
• Strong communication skills and consulting competence round off your profile.
• You communicate very well orally and in writing in German. Any further national language is an advantage.
