YOUR TASKS

• Taking over defined nursing tasks within the framework of the established competence profile and upon delegation from the Dipl. Nursing Specialists
• Ensuring patient-oriented care according to our quality standards and the nursing process
• Ensuring housekeeping, administrative, and logistical tasks in the bed department, taking into account the clinic's internal specifications and framework conditions
• Participation in projects in consultation with the department management
• Assistance in the introduction and supervision of new employees and apprentices

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit with Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ)
• Initial experience in an acute care hospital
• High organizational and communication skills and customer orientation
• Resilience and flexibility (shift work)
• Good German skills (spoken and written), any further national language and English are an advantage
