HPV Uzwil-Flawil - Strong together for people with support needs.

We are committed to children, adolescents and adults who require special support. At the Heilpädagogische Schule Flawil (HPS), we promote individual strengths and create a supportive environment. Through the areas of Work, Living and Living Space (Buecherwäldli), we offer training places, suitable jobs as well as living and leisure activities for people who cannot find employment in the primary labor market. Our goal is to enable participation, development and quality of life.

In a shared residential community in Uzwil, seven people with different impairments live, some with challenging behavior. They are accompanied by a day team of ten specialists and supported at night by a night watch. Due to a retirement, we are looking for this residential community

• Completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung or Fachperson Gesundheit or professional experience in accompanying people with disabilities;

• Willingness to work irregular shifts including weekends.
