Dipl. Pflegefachperson 40-60 % Spitex Thun und Interlaken im Stundenlohn/ Monatslohn

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the care and support of our complex cases
• You bear the responsibility for nursing diagnostics
• With our customers, you take over assignments in basic and treatment care
• You advise and accompany our customers and their relatives
• You carry out needs assessments with RAI-HC at the customer's location
• You create nursing documentation and the individual care planning
• You support the leading persons in the expansion of our internal Spitex offering

What you bring with you

• Training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care or the Spitex sector is an advantage
• You can already demonstrate further education certificates in the RAI-HC area or are ready to undergo further training promptly
• You are resilient, flexible and accustomed to working independently
