Your tasks and perspectives ##

• Active and flexible collaboration in all areas of housekeeping
• Ensuring smooth daily operations and acting as a contact person for the team
• Enforcing and monitoring hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards according to the HOCH cleaning concept
• Professional support and instruction of employees, apprentices, or interns in the area of cleaning
• Supporting the group leader in daily operational business

What you bring to this position ##

• Completed training as Specialist in Housekeeping EFZ, Specialist in Building Cleaning EFZ.
• Profound specialist knowledge in modern cleaning systems as well as experience in team leadership or deputy roles.
• High flexibility for cross-departmental deployment within housekeeping in the period from 04:00 to 22:00 as well as for assignments on weekends
• Good physical and mental condition for the physically demanding work
• Good oral and written German skills (level B1/B2) as well as solid basic PC skills
