Together with our client, an established nursing institution in the Bern region, we are looking for a Head of Nursing 60-100%. The institution is located in an idyllic, rural setting and is nevertheless easily accessible. Around 200 residents benefit from diverse nursing and care offers as well as a family atmosphere. Your tasks with the new employer:

• As a member of the management team, you will contribute your ideas to entrepreneurial decisions and, together with another department head, shape the strategic further development of nursing
• You will take over the personnel and specialist leadership of the department heads reporting to you, support them in their leadership function, and promote constructive cooperation
• You will actively drive the continuous improvement of nursing quality as well as the further development of existing structures and workflows and accompany their implementation
• With forward-looking resource management, clear objectives, and innovative solution approaches, you will ensure the sustainable development of your area of responsibility

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed nursing training at tertiary level HF/FH and potentially have further training in management
• Several years of professional experience in nursing and sound leadership experience in a comparable position form the basis for your new challenge
