In our five elderly care centers and seven Spitex centers, we ensure that elderly people and those in need of assistance in the city of Winterthour feel well and safe, and that is precisely where you come in.

For our long-term care at the Centre pour personnes âgées Neumarkt, which offers a well-maintained home to approximately 70 residents, we are looking from 1 December 2026 or by agreement for an honest, open, and cheerful registered nurse HF/FH who will co-construct daily care with their colleagues.

Your tasks ##

• Individualized care and accompaniment, centered on needs and resources within the person-centered care system
• Responsibility for a modern care process
• Analysis of complex care and accompaniment situations, implementation and evaluation of measures
• Participation in the development of care quality and the residential group
• Work in morning, evening, and night shifts

Your profile ##

• Training at the level of registered nurse HF or FH mandatory
• High social competence, team spirit, flexibility, and stress resistance
• Targeted, autonomous, and service-oriented way of working
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Good IT skills and experience with common IT programs
• RAI knowledge an asset
