• You bear responsibility for the entire nursing process by professionally applying and continuously adapting the nursing models and nursing diagnoses used at LUKS to ensure the highest possible qualitative care for patients
• The active co-design and further development of nursing quality as well as ensuring high effectiveness of nursing processes are also central tasks in which your expertise and commitment are required
• In your role, you coordinate the nursing processes in close cooperation with an interprofessional team, ensuring effective communication and thus promoting holistic, patient-centered care
• You assume the key role in the guidance, support, and assessment of students and trainees, thereby making an important contribution to the training of future nursing professionals

Your experience ###

• You have successfully completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH and bring sound specialist knowledge as well as practical experience in nursing
• As an empathetic and adaptable person, you convince through your strong ability to work in a team and the ability to act flexibly and solution-oriented in a dynamic work environment
• You convince through high social competence in dealing with patients and their relatives, responding empathetically to their needs and thus contributing to a trusting and respectful relationship
