Healthcare Professional (Surgery 1)

The surgical ward at Campus Clara cares for patients before and after surgical procedures (focus on urology and gynecology) as well as for various surgical diseases on 28 beds. Treatment includes pre- and postoperative care, pain therapy, wound care, and mobilization. ###

Your Tasks

• Accompanying, supporting, and caring for our patients according to acquired competencies, independently or in tandem with the registered nursing staff
• independent execution of medical-technical activities according to competencies
• shared responsibility for housekeeping, administrative, and logistical tasks on a ward
• induction of new employees (Fage's, AGS, interns) on the ward and active support in achieving the training goals of our apprentice Healthcare Professionals

Your Profile

• completed training as a Healthcare Professional EFZ, ideally in an acute hospital
• several years of professional experience desirable
• good German language skills in speaking and writing
• high social and self-competence as well as service orientation
• reliable and resilient personality who maintains appreciative interaction with patients and their relatives
