• Responsibility for effective, patient- and result-oriented care in cooperation with the nursing staff (diploma holders)
• Within the scope of professional competencies, providing needs- and situation-appropriate care and support for patients as well as their relatives
• Recognizing changes in patient situations, initiating the corresponding measures, and providing information to the nursing staff (diploma holders)
• Supporting smooth shift operations and cross-departmental cooperation
• Working in a tandem with the Dipl. Pflegefachperson
• Active contribution to teamwork
• Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
• Training in the acute care sector or at least 2 years of professional experience in acute care
• Flexible, cheerful, and motivated personality
• High social competence and enjoyment of teamwork
• Quick comprehension
• Very good oral and written German skills
