Nursing Assistant SRK (m/f/d)

To strengthen the team, we are looking for an engaged personality as a Nursing Assistant SRK, starting immediately or as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• Documentation of important observations in the CareCoach system
• Participation in regular nursing meetings within the team
• Support with hygiene, mobility, and daily activities
• Shaping everyday life through creative activities and excursions
• Taking on the function of a reference person in the residential area
• Accompanying and caring for assigned residents
• Participation in housekeeping and organizational tasks

Your profile

• Completed SRK nursing course with a long-term care internship
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Good German language skills, written and spoken
• Warm and humorous personality
• Joy in interacting with elderly people
• Openness to diverse challenges in everyday life
• Empathy and patience in dealing with seniors
• Willingness to work with digital documentation systems
