Your tasks:

• Professional nursing and support of patients in various healthcare facilities by Healthcare Assistant EFZ
• Implementation of medical measures such as wound care, blood glucose measurement and medication administration
• Promotion of quality of life through activating care and individual support, especially by Healthcare Assistant EFZ
• Cooperation with an interdisciplinary team and relatives for optimal patient care
• Documentation of nursing processes for quality assurance

Your profile:

• Completed training as Healthcare Assistant EFZ
• Experience in inpatient or outpatient care is an advantage
• Empathy and a high degree of social competence
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
