As a childcare specialist with a specialization in children, you will ensure the well-being of what are perhaps the most valuable treasures of our employees as well as other Davos parents with your empathy and commitment.

As a regional hospital/acute hospital with emergency services, nursing home and Spitex, we are responsible for the basic medical care of the Davos population and guests. However, the well-being of our employees is equally important to us. With us, you will work in a manageable operation that is nevertheless important for the region; we maintain a collegial working atmosphere and appreciate the proximity to nature as well as the numerous sports and leisure opportunities of Davos.

Your area of responsibility

• Support in the management of the children's group
• Implementation of the pedagogical goals of the nursery
• Other diverse tasks in daily nursery operations

Your profile

• A completed training as a childcare specialist childcare specialization or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland; specialists fresh from training are very welcome!
• You encounter the children with joy, empathy and commitment
• You are a creative, enthusiastic and resilient personality
• You maintain a respectful, responsible and collegial interaction
• You are flexible and a team player
