Your field of activity with the new employer

• Independent and situation-appropriate nursing and care of customers in the home environment
• Implementation of treatment and basic care according to KLV and individual nursing planning
• Assumption of case management including coordination and ongoing review of the nursing process
• Advice and support for relatives as well as support and guidance for apprentices and HF students

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF / certified nursing professional HF or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland with SRK recognition
• High self- and social competence as well as a strong sense of responsibility and enjoyment of independent work
• Interest in outpatient nursing and willingness to take responsibility for the holistic care of your customers
