Job Description
--------------------

On these missions as CRS Health Assistants / Nursing Assistants in EMS and / or CMS

• You join our proactive team and are delegated to different medico-social establishments (EMS) or CMS.
• You provide basic care (toileting, meal assistance, nursing).
• Under the responsibility of a nurse, you accompany beneficiaries in activities of daily living, taking into account the support project and their level of autonomy.
• Occasional missions (or long term).
• Available between 50 and 100 %

Profile sought
-----------------

You must imperatively have CRS Health Assistant 120 hours training or a Nursing Assistant diploma.

Having a sense of responsibility, your versatility and your flexibility (day/evening shifts, weekends, split shifts) will allow you to adapt to changes without difficulty. You are capable of putting your skills at the service of beneficiaries, families and relatives, having very good stress management and demonstrating empathy. Good command of written and spoken French is requested. Your team spirit is one of your major assets.
