Your tasks

• Staff direction and professional leadership of the care team of the protected residential group F1
• Staff planning
• Individualized care and support focused on the resources of residents with dementia
• Active participation in daily care
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with general practitioners, therapists
• Quality assurance and continuous development of care

Your background

• Training as a registered nurse HF or equivalent training
• Professional and management experience in the field of long-term care is an asset
• Communicative and decisive person, enjoying contact with elderly people
• High resistance to stress and capacity for persuasion
• Good command of German
• Good IT skills and experience with common IT programs
