Responsibility

• Conducting written and oral consultations and advising customers in all areas of hematology
• Group-wide professional co-responsibility for the entire hematological diagnostics (general hematology, immunohematology, coagulation, molecular hematology including NGS) as well as taking over the assessment and reporting of hematograms, blood film smears, integrative bone marrow diagnostics and molecular hematology, option for personnel leadership responsibility
• You take over the assessment and reporting of hematograms, blood film smears, integrative bone marrow diagnostics and molecular hematology
• Taking over the assessment and reporting of immunophenotyping (10-color flow cytometry) from blood, bone marrow, lymph nodes and other body fluids
• Introduction of new technologies as well as methods and taking over scientific activities where possible as well as giving internal and external presentations

Profile

• Training as a hematologist FMH and FAMH or equivalent training
• Clinical experience, laboratory experience an advantage
• Very good German, good French and English skills an advantage
• Enjoyment of consultative activity
• Openness to new methods and techniques
