Healthcare Specialist EFZ (m/f/d) (80-100%) sought in Savognin

For our customers – leading hospitals, nursing facilities and Spitex services – we are looking for qualified and committed Healthcare Specialists EFZ (m/f/d) who ensure high-quality care with professional competence, empathy and a sense of responsibility.

Your tasks:

• Care and nursing of patients in inpatient and outpatient facilities
• Supporting the registered nursing staff with diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Carrying out medical tasks such as monitoring vital signs, wound care, blood glucose measurement and administration of medication
• Promoting the independence of patients through targeted activation and rehabilitation measures
• Communication with relatives, interdisciplinary teams and doctors to ensure optimal care
• Documentation of nursing processes and participation in quality assurance

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Experience in inpatient or outpatient care is an advantage
• High social competence, empathy and joy in working with people
• Structured and independent way of working as well as ability to work in a team
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
