Tasks ##

• You carry out the planned nursing and care tasks independently and safely and assist in the care of residents in crisis situations.
• You report observations, report objectively, and document completely and understandably.
• You assist with activating, reactivating, and maintaining therapeutic nursing and care tasks and know the nursing and care-relevant needs and wishes of the residents and their relatives.
• You supervise our apprentices throughout the entire apprenticeship period together with the primary professional vocational trainers and the vocational training managers.

Profile ##

• Responsible, reliable, and exact way of working
• Training as a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, very good IT skills and, advantageously, knowledge of EasyDok
• A heart for our residents and our apprentices
