• Ensure professional and holistic care of residents
• Identify the individual needs of residents
• Detect emergency situations in time and act appropriately
• Participate in the quality assurance of care
• Support the development of the quality of care
• Maintain electronic care documentation
• Collaborate in an interdisciplinary manner with other professions

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH
• Professional experience, ideally in long-term care
