• Professional experience in a hospital, a rehabilitation clinic, or a comparable institution
• Joy in caring for elderly people and a respectful, empathetic manner
• High service orientation and a good sense for the needs of our patients
• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented personality
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
