Team Lead Nursing (APN or HF/FH) - Spitex

For an organization in the outpatient nursing sector, we are looking on behalf of a client, immediately or by arrangement, for an experienced and committed personality for a team leader function.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a dipl. nursing professional HF/FH or APN
• Several years of professional experience in the Spitex sector, ideally supplemented by experience in acute care
• Very good specialist knowledge in the care of people with dementia as well as experience in stoma care is an advantage
• Existing leadership experience (team leader, deputy, or comparable function)
• Organizational talent, decisiveness and high social competence
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working

Tasks ##

• Professional and personnel leadership of a nursing team in a Spitex setting
• Ensuring high-quality nursing and care of clients in the home environment
• Responsibility for complex nursing situations as well as case management
• Support, guidance and development of employees
• Close cooperation with interdisciplinary partners, doctors and relatives
• Active participation in the further development of nursing processes and quality standards
