Job Description

Your main missions will be as follows:

• Perform the initial nutritional assessment of patients within the required timeframe
• Ensure personalized dietary follow-up according to identified needs
• Evaluate nutritional status and establish an adapted diagnosis
• Determine nutritional needs and adapt management
• Implement nutritional interventions (oral, enteral, or parenteral nutrition)
• Adapt dietary recommendations according to the pathology and the patient's preferences
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nutritional management
• Ensure traceability in patient files

Qualifications
--------------

• Holder of an ES or HES dietitian diploma
• Experience in individual consultation, ideally in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
• Experience or strong interest in the nutritional management of the elderly (polypathologies, malnutrition)
• Good command of French, both spoken and written, and ease with common IT tools
• Strong taste for working in an interdisciplinary team
• Sense of responsibility, organization, and priorities
• Dynamic, committed, and flexible personality, with a patient-oriented posture
