Spitex Rothenburg offers the approximately 8,000 inhabitants of the municipality of Rothenburg services in the fields of somatic care, outpatient psychiatric care, and domestic help. The home & farm care interventions at Hermolingen with approximately 36 residents and the provision of psychiatric services in an extended environment complement our Spitex service and make it something special.
As of 1.1.2027, we will join forces in the Lake Sempach region and start together as the new modern and future-oriented organization Spitex Sempachersee Plus AG.

To strengthen our psychiatry team at the Rothenburg site, we are looking for an immediately or by agreement committed Registered Nurse HF Psychiatry at 40 - 90 %

Your tasks

• Professional and holistic care and support of people with mental disorders - in their usual home
• Taking on case responsibility and managing the entire care process, including needs assessments according to InterRAI-CMH
• Active collaboration with all persons involved in the care process
• Advising collaborators from all professions of the somatic team as needed
• Independent planning and coordination of the various tasks and interventions with clients within the psychiatry team
• Participation in the continuous development of the dynamic field of psychiatry

You bring

• HF / FH nursing degree in psychiatry
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of psychiatry to satisfy legal requirements and be able to perform needs assessments independently
• Experience / interest in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry desirable
• High stress resistance and a strong sense of responsibility
• Autonomous, structured, and proactive way of working
• Solution- and resource-oriented attitude
• Team spirit
• Private car or scooter
