Located in Château-d’Œx, at 1000 meters altitude, the Pôle Santé Pays-d’Enhaut offers a wide range of hospital services, accommodation, support for the elderly, as well as home care. According to the so-called integrated care approach, this innovative organization represents an opportunity for health professionals to work within small multidisciplinary teams, for better continuity of care and in response to the health needs of the population of Pays-d’Enhaut.

To complete our accommodation sector team which has just moved into a new residence welcoming 50 residents, for short or long stays, we are looking for immediately or to be agreed upon a:

Nurse (CDI - 80 to 100%)

As a Nurse attached to our EMS Les Gentianes, you are committed to ensuring quality care, reception, and support services to guarantee the health maintenance and well-being of the residents. You will also contribute to the optimization of the quality / care safety approach and its adaptation to the needs of the Residents and their family.

On a daily basis, you will supervise the nursing teams and promote a culture of participatory, empowering management that encourages interdisciplinarity.

Your responsibilities:

• Organize basic care, administer nursing care and delegated medical acts;
• Actively contribute to the team dynamic by organizing and supervising the nursing team in their daily tasks
• Collaborate closely with the various neighboring sectors (Kitchen, Socio-cultural animation, etc.)
• Ensure the comfort and respect of residents, while respecting instructions related to constraint measures and current hygiene rules;

Your profile:

• ES or HES diploma in nursing, or a title deemed equivalent by the Swiss Red Cross;
• Ideally, a first proven experience in a similar position within an EMS;
• Listening skills, autonomy and ability to manage complex situations
• Proactivity and ease in network work
• Mastery of usual IT tools
• Serious assets: you possess a CAS as a Practitioner Trainer (PF), have experience with CareFolio and / or are a "Plaisir" evaluator;
