This position requires commitment, flexibility, and empathy in dealing with persons with dementia. We are looking for a personality that convinces with heart and expertise.

Your tasks

• Direct care and nursing of people with dementia
• Supporting clients in managing their daily lives
• Implementation of medical measures in cooperation with specialist doctors
• Promotion of social interaction and activation of the residents
• Documentation and passing on of observations in the nursing process

Your profile

• Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
• Experience in the field of dementia care is an advantage
• Empathic and patient personality
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Willingness for continuous further education
