Precision in the OR is your specialty, and you want to take on responsibility in a well-coordinated team. In Langenthal, Canton Bern, we are looking for a Dipl. Fachfrau Operationstechnik HF or a Dipl. Fachmann Operationstechnik HF with a workload of 80 – 100% starting immediately or by arrangement. In a modern surgical operation with clearly structured processes and professional infrastructure, you will take on a central role with high individual responsibility and work in a well-coordinated team.

What awaits you in this challenging task:

• Instrumenting and assisting in various specialties such as orthopedics, surgery, hand surgery, spinal surgery, gynecology, urology, ophthalmology, and ENT
• Ensuring smooth OR processes as well as supporting the maintenance and care of devices
• Consistent implementation of all hygienic guidelines and quality standards in the OR area
• Co-responsibility for high patient safety as well as professional interdisciplinary cooperation
• Control and monitoring of material stock including ordering processes
• Obtaining quotes as well as participation in the budgeting of instruments, implants, and devices
• Creation and continuous updating of OR schedules and documentation in the clinic information system

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as Dipl. Fachfrau or Dipl. Fachmann Operationstechnik HF
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of digital systems in the clinical environment
