Tasks ##

• Within the framework of your assigned reference persons with a focus on psychiatric illnesses, you are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and adjusting the nursing process as well as for delegating tasks to employees of other competency levels.
• You perform nursing and medical-technical procedures, predominantly in complex unstable situations in the long-term psychiatric sector.
• You advise and accompany residents and relatives during illness and crises.
• You take on daily responsibility on the ward.
• You participate in the development of department goals to ensure quality and cooperation.

Profile ##

• Strong sense of responsibility, the ability for networked thinking and high resilience as well as the willingness to engage with new things
• Great organizational skills with an exact way of working
• Enthusiasm for independent work, combined with team spirit and commitment
• Completed training as a nursing professional (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad as well as professional experience in long-term psychiatric care or corresponding psychiatric nursing training
• A warm and humorous basic attitude with a strong focus on people
