What you will achieve with us

• Taking over care and support within the primary caregiver system
• Implementation of the nursing process as well as recording nursing-specific services
• Shaping the individual daily routine according to the wishes and biographies of the residents
• Supporting the qualified nursing specialists in care during critical and complex situations
• Professional guidance of employees and trainees in nursing
• Participation in the implementation of quality assurance

What you bring with you

• Training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ or an equivalent training
• Joy in taking on responsibility
• Open, empathetic and proactive personality with strong social competence who enjoys advocating for elderly people
• Reliable and independent way of working with good perception and observation skills
• Very good oral and written expression
