For an established nursing institution in the Luzern region, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH 60-100 % for an immediate or by arrangement temporary assignment in the field of Palliative Care. The facility accompanies people with advanced illnesses and places great importance on individual, dignified, and holistic care. In addition to relieving burdensome symptoms, the personal wishes, well-being, and quality of life of the people being cared for are the focus.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You take over the individual care and accompaniment of people with advanced illnesses and place their well-being and quality of life at the center
• The observation and relief of burdensome symptoms as well as the implementation of suitable nursing measures are part of your responsibilities
• Together with relatives, doctors, and other specialists, you support holistic care and accompany demanding conversation situations
• You take responsibility for the nursing process, coordinate nursing measures, and ensure professional nursing documentation

You offer your new employer:

• A completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or a corresponding SRK recognition forms the basis for this responsible activity
• You bring experience in long-term or acute care and ideally already possess knowledge in Palliative Care
• Your independent, reflective, and responsible way of working supports you in complex and emotionally demanding nursing situations
• With your empathetic, patient, and strong-communication personality, you meet the people being cared for and their relatives with respect
