For our customers from hospitals, rehabilitation clinics and care centers, we are looking for Healthcare Specialists EFZ (m/f/d) who enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and value exchange with other specialist departments.

Your tasks:

• Support and coordination of nursing processes in cooperation with doctors, therapists and social workers
• Documentation and observation of disease progression to adjust treatment plans
• Promotion of patient independence through targeted nursing interventions
• Participation in interdisciplinary case discussions and nursing concepts
