The Age and Care sector of the city of Winterthur offers, in the five care centers as well as with Spitex, a varied range of services for the population of the city of Winterthur.

For long-term care at the Oberi care center, which offers a comfortable home to a total of 150 residents, we are looking for, starting from 1 January 2027 or by agreement, a motivated, interested and responsible person for general long-term care or in the specialized field of dementia.

Your tasks ##

• Individual care and accompaniment, oriented towards the needs and resources of the residents
• Analyze and manage complex care and accompaniment situations, initiate measures and ensure their evaluation
• Responsible for the care process within the framework of working as a reference person
• As a day manager, in close collaboration with the interfaces
• Mainly morning and evening services

Your profile ##

• Training at the nurse level HF or FH
• Experience desired in the fields of geriatrics and long-term care
• Great social competence, autonomy, flexibility and stress resistance
• Very good oral and written knowledge of German
• Good IT skills and experience with common EDV programs (knowledge of BESA/RAI/Care Coach is an advantage)
