What you do ##

• Co-development of the range of services for the planned community pharmacy in «Maison de la Santé» in close cooperation with the service providers of this center
• Personal advice and care for patients including pharmaceutical services such as vaccinations, medication analyses, initial assessments and support for chronically ill people
• Rotational work in the community pharmacy at the acute hospital location
• Cooperation in the establishment and further development of an interdisciplinary health network in the Biel area
• Professional support of the structural planning and implementation; obtaining all necessary permits for the operation of a public pharmacy; establishment, leadership and development of the team; assumption of technical responsibility and site management from the start of operations

What characterizes you ##

• Federal diploma as a pharmacist or corresponding diploma recognition by MEBEKO
• Federal advanced training title in community pharmacy (FPH) and cantonal professional practice license or the prerequisites for it
• Enjoyment of direct patient contact and motivation to actively offer and further develop pharmaceutical services
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in a leadership role
• Fluent communication in German or French (spoken/written) with good knowledge (spoken/written) of the respective other language
• High social competence and the ability to move skillfully in an interprofessional environment
• Patient-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking, innovative and committed personality with an independent way of working and a high sense of responsibility
• Good IT user knowledge, knowledge of ProPharma and KISIM an advantage
